Susan provides leadership and long-term strategic planning for Infidium. She ensures that all projects are executed with the utmost in quality and professionalism. With a broad range of experience in entertainment, government, corporate, and service industries, she has developed an ability to effectively establish rapport with customers and clients at all levels.

Before taking the lead in Infidium’s administrative efforts, she has worked in management roles involved in the production of various national news programs which include The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer and Washington Week. Prior to that, she worked hands-on as a production/talent assistant for large events, such as the MTV Movie Awards, Rock the Vote, and Kennedy Center Honors.

MICHAEL NEYLAND

Michael oversees daily creative responsibilities, manages a team of experienced artistic professional, and assists with Infidium’s overall strategic growth. He has more than 10 years of experience in design, ranging from broadcast television and film production to proposal design, infographics, and print production.

​He has more than 10 years of experience in design. Straight out of college, he worked with The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer as a member of their graphics department. Since then, he has gone on to work numerous other shows and events (such as Washington Week, Meet the Press, NBA, WMBA, and Arena Football, and professional boxing events) for which he designed everything from set pieces, static and animated graphics, to full graphic packages for playback.
More recently, his focus has been in proposal development and design support. In that role, he has worked on successful proposals worth upwards of hundreds of millions of dollars. 

ABOUT INFIDIUM

Infidium, LLC was incorporated in 2011 in Dumfries, Virginia. In 2016, we relocated to the picturesque town of Vienna, just outside Washington, D.C. and next door to Reston.

Initially founded to support broadcast media design and animation, we have recently put proposal support and design at the forefront of our services, often working with Taurus Group Consulting (www.taurusgroupconsulting.com) to support full-scope proposal development.

​Alongside these efforts, Infidium’s diverse team has pursued screen writing, film production, and publication, which has garnered more than a dozen awards and merits.
